What is coaching?​

Coaching is a forward focused partnership that supports the client in creating goals, understanding obstacles and crafting actionable steps to move toward your goals.  Coaching is about personal growth, mindset shifts and unlocking potential.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for anyone who feels ready to make positive change.  Coaching can be very helpful for those who feel overwhelmed, stuck or who want more accountability as they work towards their goals.

How can coaching help me?

Coaching supports a thoughtful approach to your space and routines, and the coach and client will work together to identify what's not working, your priorities, and create systems that will work for you.  All with accountability and support of your progress.

What happens during a coaching session?

Coaching sessions happen virtually.   Each session is 60 minutes.  Together we will explore your current thoughts, where you want to be and what is getting in your way.  The coach won't tell a client what to do, but will help the client open and shift their perspective, and create actionable steps to move forward.

What if I don't have time to commit?

Coaching is most helpful when done consistently.  Coaching packages are 9 sessions, and expected to be completed over 3 months.   Sessions are focused and intentional, with actionable steps after each session to apply right away.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching might be right for you if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and not sure how to move forward or even where to start.  If you are seeking more than just organizing help, and want to dig deeper, coaching can help.  Whether it's organizing your space, building better habits or seeking more accountability to keep you going, coaching is a great way to get started building the life you want.​

Coaching packages start at 9 x 60 minute sessions, investment starts at $1500.
